Do you want to stock up your freezer with beef? 

Our beef is available in halves or quarter package. Our quarter will range between $800-$990 and it includes a variety of cuts includings steaks, roasts, ground beef, stir-fry strip, ribs and more. 

Our cattle are raised outdoors, grazing for food naturally as they grow. We take pride in how we raise our animals and believe a happy and healthy animal provides healthier and better quality meat.  Our beef is hung to dry age for a minimum of 21 days to improve flavour and allow the meat to tenderize over time. We believe this patient process enhances the quality and eating experience of our beef.

We typically have beef orders available in the spring, summer and fall seasons.
