Will is a lifelong farm boy who has farmed with his father Bruce his entire life. After graduating from the University of Guelph, Will returned home to purchase his own farm and, shortly thereafter, Will and Tara were married.  Tara also grew up on a family farm and shares Will’s passion for agriculture.  Will and Tara believe that their involvement in agriculture has been one of the most influential factors in their lives and they believe it is important to foster the same love for agriculture in their three kids.

Fresh, Local, Delicious

Over the past few years, the direct sales of our beef products have grown. There is an increasing demand for good quality, great tasting, fresh, local meat. Our goal is to provide that to customers.

Why Chickens?

We wanted to add another product to our expanding family farm. As a young boy, Will enjoyed raising chickens, so it seemed like a natural fit. Besides, we think beef and chicken complement each other!

A Family Operation

Today, our young family continues to grow. There is Jamie, age 12, Claire, age 10 and Grace who is 8 years old.  The business will give our children the opportunity be involved in our family tradition while we foster a love of agriculture into the next generation.
